Grace Najjar

Grace Najjar serves as the Managing Director of PMI’s Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and also leads PMI’s Energy Working Group for greater reach and focus globally. 

Grace’s global experience has been serving in advisory and executive roles for strategy reform and execution and policy modernization & digital transformation solutions, driving individual and organizational excellence & efficiency improvement, business processes and technology solutions fostering innovation & empowering lean-governance for implementation and transformation utilizing the most recognized standards and best practices. 

For the last 20 years, Grace has been utilized as an expert on International funding programs and establishing advocacy and building strategic relations with government, ministries, authorities and organizations, in digital and agile transformation, education, individual and organizational efficiency improvement, project management,  benefits realization and governance . She founded her own company in 2010, Align Management Solutions. 

She is a Program Management Professional Certified PgMP & Project Management Professional PMP certified and in Agile DA; certified in the industry 4.0 and in the Artificial Intelligence. 

She holds a master’s in engineering and in Information Systems from ESIB - USJ and a Master in Network and Telecommunications from Telecom Paris and Master Class leadership Institute Program from the PMI.
